Are your essentials hoodies original?
Yes. We only stock original essentials hoodies. Every piece is checked for fabric weight, stitching, labels and print quality before it is listed in our store.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free across Australia on every order, with no minimum spend. Your order is sent with tracking and the tracking link is emailed to you.
How do essentials hoodies fit?
They are designed with a relaxed oversized fit. Most customers take their usual size. If you prefer a regular fit, go one size down. The size guide on each product page shows full measurements.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Log in to your account or contact us and we will walk you through it. Items should be unworn with tags attached. The Returns page explains each step.
Which sizes do you stock?
Adult hoodies run from XS to XXL in most colours. Kids sizes are listed on the kids product page. If your size shows as sold out, join the newsletter and we will tell you when it returns.
How long will my order take?
Orders are packed and dispatched promptly, and delivery time depends on your location in Australia. Your tracking email lets you follow your parcel the whole way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and PayPal at checkout. All payments are processed through secure encrypted checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not been packed yet, contact us quickly and we will do our best to change the size or colour before it ships.
